The Taming of the Shrew

This production of Shakespeare's hilarious play has specially composed live music. A large professional cast of Scottish actors and musicians is directed in the inimitable and unique Alba style.

Another exciting journey through Duddingston Kirk's majestic gardens. Arthur's Seat and the famous loch are the backdrop to this magical encounter with mythical creatures who help or hinder 'the quest'. A promenade play for children, in simple Scots.

These secluded gardens, overlooking the stillness of Duddingston Loch, made famous by the painting 'The Skating Minister' lie under the shadow of Arthur's Seat and the ancient Duddingston Kirk - '...the most beautiful venue in Edinburgh'.
